ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact.
Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.
Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
