Online Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact.

Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

In Store Return Policy

Shoes and clothing may be returned for a refund within 5 business days of purchase with a receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for returned items within 10 days of purchase.

All items returned must be unworn, with original tags attached.

Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions.


After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
